Estimated Delivery Date:
Expected delivery times, or ETAs, are set by the courier on the morning of delivery and are worked out by the route they’ll take to deliver their parcels. Please note that the delivery times are just estimated quotes. Delays happen occasionally as there are many unexpected factors including (but not limited to) strikes, strict customs, or adverse weather conditions affecting air traffic etc, that could arise during the shipping process. Rest assured that we will do the best of our ability to solve any difficulties for you.

It includes 5 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday.
Shipping Location:
All orders will be shipped from our UK and USA Warehouses and we currently ship to the United Kingdom & USA only.
Courier services:
We use DPD and EVRI courier services in UK.
Divert your parcel:
If you would not be in at your expected delivery time, You can divert your parcel to a Neighbour or other safe place. Just inform us via email and we will do the rest. Alternatively, you could do the same by yourself using your order tracking number.
You could also collect your parcel from nearby parcel shop/locker, after it has been returned to your nearby parcel shop. Possible reasons include: untraceable/incomplete address or receiver not present.

Our large-item Courier service
Looking to send a large or heavy parcel? We’ve made heavy parcel sending simple with our large package Courier service. No matter where or how far your parcel needs to go, our Couriers will get it there quickly and securely.
You can send heavy parcels with our large item Couriers provided they weigh 15kg or less, have a maximum length of 120cm, and a combined circumference and length of no more than 245cm.
This means you can easily send everything from scooters to pushchairs and even sound systems.
You can collect your parcel from EVRI/DPD collection points by clicking EVRI click & collect.
Small parcel delivery options
We don’t just handle big parcel deliveries – we can send small packages as well. In fact, most of the parcels we’re responsible for are rather small in size, including many postable items and 5kg packages that can fit through a letterbox.
Just remember that your package needs to weigh 15kg or less, be no longer than 120cm, and have an overall maximum circumference and length of no more than 245cm for our Couriers to deliver it.
Of course, if you’re after small parcel postage, then this shouldn’t be a worry. So, whether you’re sending homeware, shoes, books, toys, or more – we’ve got you covered!
